Massage & Bodywork

A personalized session to help you relax, release and connect to your body.

Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment so you’re being supported back into a deeper sense of awareness, ease and presence.

What to expect in a session

Every session is unique and guided by what your body needs that day.

We begin by taking a moment to slow down, allowing your body to settle and arrive. This might be through the breath, simple awareness, or just giving yourself space to pause. From there, the session unfolds naturally.

I work with a combination of massage techniques, movement, and intuitive touch—adjusting throughout the session based on how your body is responding.

At times, the work may be deeper and focused on specific areas of tension. Other times, it becomes slower and more flowing, helping the body soften and let go.

The goal is not just to release tight muscles, but to help your entire system shift.

By the end of the session, most people feel more relaxed, more open, more grounded, and more connected to their body.

    Signature Session

This is a full-body massage experience, guided by what your body needs that day.

We begin by allowing your system to slow down—giving your body space to settle and arrive.

From there, the session becomes a continuous flow of hands-on work, combining different massage techniques based on what I feel in your body.

    This can include:

deeper, focused pressure for areas of tension

slower, more flowing massage to help the body soften

    elements of deep tissue work

intuitive touch and awareness of how your body is responding

At times, it can feel like a steady, wave-like flow moving through the body—helping you release tension, unwind, and drop into a deeper state of relaxation.

The goal is not just to work on tight areas, but to help your entire system shift.

    Most people leave feeling:

    more relaxed

    more open

more connected to their body and noticeably lighter, both physically and mentally

    Thai Massage

For when your body needs to open and move

Thai Massage is a more active, movement-based experience where I’ll be moving your body through stretches, compression, and mobility work.

It often feels like yoga is being done for you.

Your body is moved through different positions in a continuous, flowing way—helping to create space, release tightness, and open areas that feel restricted.

    This work focuses on:

    assisted stretching

    pressure points

    joint mobility

    opening the body through movement

This is a great option if you’re:

    feeling tight or restricted

    wanting to improve flexibility

looking for something more active than a traditional massage

    Most people leave feeling:

    more open

    more mobile

and more energized in their body

What Makes This Different

This isn’t just a massage.

My approach is centered around helping you feel safe in your body.

When the body feels safe, it can begin to let go—tension softens, the nervous system settles, and the body naturally starts to reset.

Each session is guided by presence and awareness, rather than a fixed routine.

You’re not just receiving a massage—you’re being met where you are.

Training & Experience

I’ve spent over 20 years working with the body through movement, strength training, and hands-on practices.

My background includes:

  • Thai massage training

  • Esalen Massage

  • Reiki attunement

  • Personal training and strength coaching

  • extensive experience in yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices

  • a deep focus on nervous system regulation and body awareness

This combination allows me to understand the body not just from one perspective, but from multiple angles—strength, mobility, recovery, and awareness.

Over time, this has evolved into a style of work that blends technical skill with intuition and presence.
